Do you offer custom / private label packing? →
Yes — we offer private label packing in 1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, and 50kg bags with your brand design. MOQ applies. Contact us with your artwork and quantity requirements.
How long does delivery take across India? →
Domestic deliveries typically take 3–10 working days depending on destination. North India (Punjab/Haryana/UP/Delhi) is usually 2–4 days. South and Northeast India may take 7–10 days.
What payment modes do you accept? →
We accept NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and account payee cheque. Standard terms are 50% advance and balance before dispatch. Regular clients may be offered credit terms after establishing a trade relationship.
Are products FSSAI certified? →
Yes — SR Trader is FSSAI licensed and all products comply with FSSAI quality and labelling standards. Moisture and purity certificates are available for each lot on request.
Do you export outside India? →
Yes — we are APEDA registered and export Basmati rice and selected agri-commodities. We handle export documentation, phytosanitary certificates, and shipping coordination. Contact our export team for details.
